The first quarter started off scrappy.
The Saints were a little slow to get going, especially in front of goals, and due to the inaccuracy found themselves behind by two points at quarter time.
Straight after the break, the Saints pieced the puzzle together and put the pedal to the floor, producing an eight goal to nothing second quarter to be firmly in control.
The remainder of the game was much the same as the Saints continued to decimate Rennie in all covers of the ground, handing the Saints a commanding 115 point win.
Fraser Haintz earned best on ground honours for Berrigan as he was on fire through the midfield with his second and third efforts on display.
Jacob Bartlett had a terrific game coming off halfback using his pinpoint kicking to slice Rennie apart whenever the opportunity presented itself.
Hamish Cameron played his best game of the season, using his accurate kicking going inside 50 to set up multiple goals.
The whole Saints team were busy in front of goals with 10 individual goalscorers for the day, headlined by Keith Tallent (7) and Harley Middleton (6), with both dominating in the air.
A terrific win sees the Saints well set up for a potentially deep finals campaign.

Reserves
The Berrigan Reserves had another must win game this week against Rennie to cement themselves a spot in finals. The match was hotly contested as both sides were playing for season survival.
At the half-time break, both teams sat even on 41 points.
The third quarter was where the Saints began to pull away with a four goal to nothing term, holding them in good stead heading into the final quarter, and after surviving a final Rennie push the Saints came out victorious, winning by 14 points.
Liam Brown and Patrick Waugh were important for the Saints as both proved a dominant midfield tandem all game.
Brad Loats led the Saints goal scoring with four, followed closely by Liam Brown and Troy Poynton on three each.
A massive congratulations to the reserves after two hard fought wins to end their home and away season.

Congratulations to Jordan Swann for kicking 100 goals this season, a huge achievement.
In the last home and away game, the boys couldn't convert early, but after quarter time the game began to flow and the goals kept coming.
