Jerilderie 41 def Rennie 33
C Grade came to their first final determined to secure a win.
It was a tightly contested match, with Rach and Gaby putting in a tireless effort against Jerilderie's tall and experienced goalers.
Down the court, Georgie and Georgia applied the defensive pressure the side has been building all season, making Jerilderie fight for every play.
Goalers Tess, Tegan, Erin, and Bri rotated through the ring, working hard and capitalised on every opportunity.
While this may not have been the season ending the C Grade Hoppers had hoped for, the coaches are proud of the effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship shown throughout the year.

Tocumwal 26 def by Rennie 53
The girls arrived at Tocumwal ready and raring to battle in the first final.
With Tocumwal having a home advantage and crowd, the Rennie girls knew they had to show up from the first whistle.
Mabel and Ella had their eyes on the goals and it was obvious that their hard work throughout the season, lead to great chemistry.
All of the Under 17 midcourters had steady hands and quick feet when bringing the ball down.
Demi was a standout performer with her experience and leadership on the court.
Her understanding of knowing when to push and when to open up space, really benefitted the Hoppers.
The defenders were outstanding and made a huge impact on the score from the first quarter which did not let up, despite the constant rotations in wing defence.
This made the Tocumwal goalers rotate on the bench, and because of all the errors the home side made in attack, it allowed the Rennie girls to gain possession and execute. This game is exactly what coach Brooke has been wanting to see from the Under 17s, and it all came down to their hard work and team motivations.
A week off now to prepare for their next showdown.

Picola 17 def by Rennie 22
There were some nerves from the Under 13 Hoppers who versed Picola in their first final, but there was also lots of excitement.
The nerves showed out on the court for the first quarter but the team soon settled into their positions.
Ella and Tay worked well in defence, picking off many passes and creating confusion for Picola when passing into the ring.
In the Under 13s attacking end, Lennie and Koda worked the ball into the ring to shooters Ava and Zali, where they continued to put up their shots and go for rebounds. All girls played their roles both on and off court and are to be commended for the positivity and teamwork taking the win 22-17.
The Under 13s now look forward to taking on their next opponent in the semi-final, two weeks from now.
