The club’s AGM was held on Monday and our President Pamela Charles was re-elected with an enthusiastic committee. Peter Henderson was awarded a life membership for his great work for the Bridge Club for 30 years.

Monday’s hands were challenging but four pairs starred with results in the 60% range.

David Ware and Alice Murray led the field with 63.88%, with Jerry and Terry Browning on 62.50%, Carol and Peter Henderson on 61.41% and Pat Cooke and Jenny Tuttle on 60.76%.

Thursday, October 29th results were again a first for David Ware and Alice Murray on 63.19%, with Jan and Tom Hackett second on 55.5% and Pamela Charles and Margaret Sandford third on 54.16%.
