Nicholas (Nicko) Franklin of Birdwood, SA passed away peacefully at home at the youthful age of 65. His indomitable spirit will live on in all those who were privileged to know him.
Pamela and his Family wish to thank Dr Joanne Tang (LMH), Palliative Care Teams BHFLHN & LMH, Birdwood Pharmacy and all those who assisted in supporting Nick and his Family during his journey.
At Nicko's request, No formal service will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a date to be announced.
