To our darling Manoula mas,

We can’t express our grief and sadness

that you are no longer with us.

You have always been there with your boundless love,

endless advice,

and constant support.

You are our centre, the soul of our family,

and our hearts are breaking that

we can no longer hold your hand,

give you hugs and kisses, and say 'I love you’.

Your good heart held

much love and support to

the whole extended family

and it was amply returned.

Especially special was your relationship with your mikri.

You saw more hardship than anyone

should ever have to bear.

A battler, a warrior,

you fought so hard to be

with us for the last 30 years.

You will always be deep in

our hearts, minds, and souls.

darling mama.
