Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 29th July 2026 at Alwyndor Aged Care Home, surrounded by her loving family, aged 93 years.
Cherished wife and soulmate of John. Loved mother of Stephen, Jennifer, Donna, Susan, stepchildren Gary (dec’d) and Louise; and sons-in-law John, Michael, and Dave. A proud and loving Nanna to Dion, Jessica, Rebecca and Joshua, and Great Nanna to Bradleigh, Emily, Rylee, Ivy-Leigh and Sascha. Known for her endless strength, kindness and generosity to all those she met, it was Joan’s brilliant sense of humour that filled our lives with joy and laughter. Though our hearts are broken and the world is now a dimmer place without her, the joy she brought us will be carried in our hearts forever. Irreplaceable, deeply loved and missed every single day.
