Mel Van Dyke is the lead performer, band manager and producer of So P!nk, a tribute show dedicated to the music of P!nk.
“P!nk is like our adopted entertainer of Australia,” Mel said.
“She has had so many sold-out shows, we love her and she loves us.”
Mel said her show went beyond a standard cover band performance.
“We do our best to go above and beyond just being live music; it's a full-on show,” she said.
“It is going to be a big night of fun and all the wonderful songs that you will know.”
Mel is well-known for her physical stunts, including performing upside down from a pole and performing with silks.
“People have to make sure they wait until the end and then they get me on my roller skates,” she said.
“For the show at Rich River, you can expect a lot of fun and all the classics and maybe even some for those die-hard fans,” Mel said.
“I recommend that even if people think that they don't know many P!nk songs, they will find it's a show for everyone.”
