Metricon unveils first display home in Yarrawonga

By Yarrawonga Chronicle

Metricon Homes, regional Victoria’s most awarded home builder, has unveiled their first display home in Yarrawonga, available to be viewed this weekend.

The Amira 25S is a sought-after single-storey design that is a dream home for families.

It boasts amazing flexibility with plenty of options, and also plenty of room to grow.

Metricon Homes’ Manager, Regional North, Tania Tonks said; “We’re excited to bring our first display home to Yarrawonga, and the Amira 25S with the Pagoda façade is the perfect choice. Designed with families in mind, and offering exceptional value and flexibility, it’s an exciting addition to the local market.”

Featuring four bedrooms, two living areas, an outdoor room, two bathrooms and double garage, the Amira is simply ideal for families.

It has a master suite that is positioned away from the other bedrooms, comprising its own private walk-in-robe and ensuite – a must-have for parents to relax in at the end of a long day.

This display embodies value for money, as it is full of a sense of spaciousness and the same renowned quality of all Metricon builds, but all for an affordable price.

“The interiors of the Yarrawonga Amira 25S draw inspiration from Metricon’s LookBook theme, Coastal Boho,” Ms Tonks said.

“Inspired by a seasonal traveller theme, it pairs handmade collectibles with boho cushions and throws, all underpinned with a neutral colour palette.

“At Metricon, we pride ourselves on creating homes for people to love where they live. We achieve this time and time again by offering flexible floor-plans and plenty of choices.

“With eight floorplans, seventeen facades and many features to choose from, we expect the Amira will become a favourite with Yarrawonga residents.”

The Amira is available for viewing at Phillip Hyland Drive, Yarrawonga and is open Saturday 11:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 11:00am – 5:00pm, Monday 11:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday 11:00am – 5:00pm and Wednesday 11:00am – 5:00pm.
