A good game that was well played by all and exciting to watch.

Corowa Indoor Bowls

Many of the Corowa Indoor Bowls Club members spent the weekend away at a big tournament in draughty old Echuca. The players are happy to be back home to the warmth of Corowa.

A tired start to the week but there were three mats down for the Tuesday Social and both top teams had a win and a loss.

On 17 and 4(21) the winners were Gwen Mills, Sandra Dudziak, Sue Bishop, and Sue Trembath.

The runners up on 3 and 17(20) were Ken Pleming, Gus Sander, and Peter Manning.

No interclub games played this Thursday (the flu is taking its toll).

The Friday social was a two-mat affair with only one 2 mat winners, and on 17 and 16(33) they were Doreen Pleming, Gus Sander, and Anne Smith.

The runners up on a win and a loss of 16 and 4 (20) were Ken Pleming, Terry Fletcher, and Dianne Fletcher.
