The executive, who cannot be identified for safety reasons, told a committal hearing on Tuesday about a meeting at a Melbourne cafe with Amir Teymoori.
Teymoori, 46, is among four men charged over an alleged $6.6 million extortion of a construction company in October 2025.
During the meeting, Teymoor was said to have brought up the topics of mothers and religion before allegedly making the threats.
"You, (your boss), and your families ... I will f*** you up," the witness alleged Teymoori told him.
 "If I don't get my money, I will f*** up your family."
Teymoori and three other men are charged with extortion with a threat to kill and refusing to comply with a police order to provide a passcode.
Teymoori has also been charged with attempting to obtain property by deception.
The men allegedly falsely claimed to be mediators between the company and union officials, purporting to have negotiated on their behalf to prevent disruptions at the company's building sites.
They then allegedly sent the company an invoice for $6.6 million.
The executive beamed into Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday from an undisclosed location to outline the alleged threats aimed at him, his boss and their families.
He said neither he nor any other company employee had entered into any agreement with Teymoori.
It was also "all news to (him)" when Teymoori told him during a meeting that he had done various things to deal with the CFMEU on behalf of the company.
Under cross-examination by Teymoori's lawyer Damien Sheales, the executive said the accused had been pushing for a meeting with his boss after learning only the boss could authorise the payment.
When Mr Sheales suggested his client had directed the threats "to having the meeting with (the boss) being organised and done soon", the man said there was "no ambiguity" the threat was directed at him.
The committal hearing continues on Wednesday.
