Isolation and a loss of connection can be detrimental to mental health and unhappiness, which is why Happiness Co work with remote and regional towns to provide specific happiness programs for FIFO workers, farmers and the men who need it.

Through the Man Enough Movement, facilitated by Happiness Co, more people have been able to be reached, giving them the support and community they need to get through life’s challenges.
Happiness Co will be at ClubMulwala on Remembrance Day, Monday, November 11 from 7.00pm to 8.30pm in the Endeavour Room.
Admission is free. Sponsored by Rio Tinto, Happiness Company is a social enterprise, working to make the world a happier place by inspiring the people in it.
The Man Enough Movement focuses on the pre-emptive mental health space, giving people the skills and tools needed to combat unhappiness, anxiety and depression.
“We believe education around mental wellbeing and unhappiness is so crucial, especially when suicide is now the single biggest killer of Australian men between the age of 15 and 44,” Ambassador Matthew Bruce told the Yarrawonga Chronicle.
“Stigma, and the fear of being seen as vulnerable or weak, can prevent progress in mental health and is the reason why the Man Enough Movement was created.
“We want to work together to impact unhappiness and change the statistics for good.
Happiness Co is proud to be sending its Man Enough Movement team to Country Victoria this summer for another Man Enough Tour.
Matthew, and Nathan Cassidy of Deniliquin, will be the speakers.
“After the success of our last tour, we are excited and honoured to get the chance to do it again,” Matthew said.
Established in 2018, The Man Enough Tour is set to visit country Victoria in the second week of November 2019 and organisers are looking to meet up with as many local sporting clubs, schools and community centres as possible in Deniliquin, Yarrawonga, Wangaratta and Ballarat areas.Born in Wangaratta, now residing in Perth, Matthew is an Afghanistan veteran who served with the SAS from 2013 to 2015 and will share his personal struggles around PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
“I am aware of the lack of crops from last year and feel this event in Yarrawonga is well timed for the town and some of the farmers,” the 34-year-old said.
