Benalla police on the hunt for sheep missing from Barjarg property

Sale yards have been audited and notified, with Agriculture Victoria also aware and assisting with inquiries.

Police are appealing to anyone in the community who may have seen suspicious activity, stock movements, unfamiliar vehicles or who may have any information relating to the theft to come forward.

Any information, no matter how small, may assist investigators and will be appreciated.
