On hand will be the SiSU health station, which measures heart rate, blood pressure and diabetes risk.
It’s the same machine that thousands of men checked their health with at the Boxing Day test at the MCG.
Bunnings Yarrawonga is part of a pilot program which allows them the use of the SiSU for 12 months.
Activities organiser, Tim Roadley said the Yarrawonga station was the most used in all Victoria.
“It only takes five minutes, and it all connects to a free app for tracking,” Tim said.
“We have some people who come in and do it every month.”
Even though the Si Su aims to target men’s health, it is still used more than 50 per cent of the time by women, so next week’s breakfast if all about bringing the men in.
The event is run by Moira Shire Council, Yarrawonga Health and NCN Health on Tuesday, June 16 from 7am to 9am.
Everyone is welcome, not just the blokes.
