I am so excited. I am travelling with my friend, Alison, and we are going to discover Japan in the autumn.
I am really looking forward to seeing the trees change from green to yellow, orange and red.
The other night, we were discussing our trip.
There was much discussion on different topics. What cities will we visit? What customs will we experience? What are we going to do in our spare time? What will the exchange rate be? Do we need to carry cash? What type of travel insurance will we need?
There were so many questions that we needed answers for.
So, I whipped out my phone and put some of the questions into Google.
Within a few seconds, up popped some information. I even discovered a translation app! Wow!
All this information will enhance our short visit to Japan and make the experience so much more memorable.
Google can certainly help answer some of our questions, but for the most important questions in life we need to open our Bibles.
Jesus answered a lot of questions in the Gospels, and His answers are always wise, correct, and valuable to us.
For example, in John 14:6, Jesus answered the three greatest questions of the human heart: (1) How can I be saved? He said, “I am … the way.” (2) How can I be sure? He said, “I am … the truth.” (3) How can I be satisfied? He said, “I am … the life.”
Jesus is the answer to everything we really need in the depths of our lives.
Look to Him for your greatest needs, deepest desires, highest hopes, and fullest blessings.
Jeremiah 29:13 says, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”.
I encourage you to turn to Jesus for the answers to life’s questions.
