Police have arrested a man after a series of alleged thefts involving motor vehicles in the Seymour and metropolitan Melbourne areas.
In a statement on the Eyewatch - Mitchell Police Service Area Facebook page on June 12, police said there had been a series of theft of motor vehicle and theft from motor vehicle offences.
A man has been arrested in relation to the alleged thefts and is in custody, police said.
The vehicles have been recovered, and will be returned to their owners.
Police urge anyone who has recently had items stolen from in their vehicle to contact Seymour Police Station on 5735 0200 as officers may have your items.
