The annual scholarship program, supported by Helping Hands, provides valuable opportunities for Yarrawonga Health employees to further their education and professional development, helping strengthen healthcare services across the local community.
This year, Midwife Amy Jury and Nurse Danielle Wilson were announced as the 2026 Helping Hands Scholarship recipients, recognised for their commitment to professional growth and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
Helping Hands Committee member Bronwyn Thomas said the committee was passionate about supporting staff to continue building their knowledge and expertise.
“Helping Hands supports the ongoing education journey of Yarrawonga Health staff, recognising the long-term benefits that professional development brings to both the health service and our wider community,” Ms Thomas said.
