Andrew brings tremendous strategic and operational experience in hospitality from all around Australia and New Zealand to Silverwoods.
His career spans many years across hotel, resort and leisure industries, particularly under the luxury umbrellas of both Accor and Mantra chains.
Andrew has worked at signature places such as Peppers Bluewater Resort, Lake Tekapo (NZ), Peppers Clearwater Resort, Christchurch (NZ), and Outback Pioneer Hotel and Lodge at Yulara (near Uluru), to name just a few.
“I’ve always been incredibly passionate about providing authentic customer service and connecting on a deeper level with our guests,” Andrew said.
“Providing genuine service for our guests and creating truly memorable experiences for people to forever remember is what brings joy to our team.
“When we see people coming back again and again, we are more than just a place to visit, it feels more like our wider family coming home.
“Once settled in, I look forward to meeting the Silverwoods residents, the wider community, and our local businesses.
“My team and I are excited to see what new heights we can reach,” Andrew said.
Since opening in November 2020, the Accor-branded Sebel Yarrawonga has received glowing reviews and was recently honoured by winning the Masterplanned Development Award and Judges Award for Regional Victoria Development at the UDIA Victoria 2022 Awards for Excellence.
