Set to become the social and recreational heart of Springtree Yarrawonga, the new clubhouse has been designed to give homeowners more opportunities to connect, stay active and enjoy everyday life within the community.
Expected to be completed by mid-2027, the clubhouse will feature an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, lounge and dining spaces, bar and kitchen, along with dedicated areas for games and other social activities. Outdoors, further recreational amenities, including a pickleball court, will provide even more ways for homeowners to stay active and spend time with neighbours.
Springtree Co-CEO David Laing said commencing construction of the clubhouse represented an important step in bringing the broader vision for Springtree Yarrawonga to life.
“Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen Springtree Yarrawonga really begin to take shape. We now have homeowners settling in, new homes continuing to be delivered and the community growing around them,” Mr Laing said.
“The commencement of the clubhouse is an exciting milestone because it will create a central place for homeowners to come together. Whether it’s going for a swim, exercising at the gym, sharing a meal or simply catching up with neighbours, these are the spaces that will help community life naturally grow.”
The milestone builds on the recent completion of Springtree Yarrawonga’s new bowling green, barbecue area and community pavilion, providing homeowners with more spaces to socialise, stay active and enjoy time together.
