A 1987 Toyota LandCruiser was stolen from an Echuca factory overnight Wednesday, 9 September.
An Echuca man has been remanded in custody after the theft of a vehicle from Echuca which, after a pursuit, was found abandoned in Mathoura.

He was arrested at a Bunnaloo property on Thursday and taken to Deniliquin where he was charged with police pursuit - not stop - drive at speed, receive etc property stolen outside NSW greater than $15,000, never licensed person drive vehicle on road and carry cutting weapon upon apprehension.
He was bail refused to appear in court on Friday, and remanded pending an Albury Local Court appearances this Wednesday.
The 1987, 60s Series Toyota LandCruiser, worth more than $100,000, was stolen from Echuca last Wednesday night.
A roller door of an Annesley St factory was forced open to gain access, with the theft discovered 7am Thursday.
Echuca Police Acting Sergeant Simon O’Toole said the vehicle was found near Mathoura about 9.30am Thursday.
