Under 12s
Sunday saw Yarrawonga head to Corowa, with the under 12s given the honour of being part of the pre match Anzac Ceremony.
The boys battled hard in the first half with Sonny Sneddon playing his best game of the year at centre half forward, leading hard and capping off with a late half goal to keep the boys in touch into the main break.
Henry Donovan, in his first game for the season, was best a field crashing in and providing plenty of run and carry.
The boys fought hard in the second half with Cooper Clark strong in defence and wasn’t beaten all day. The boys showed great signs of improvement and determination, but just fell short to the Kangaroos.
