The Dollar Discovery Weekend campaign is back, featuring $1, $5 and $10 deals from businesses on both sides of the river.
With over 40 participating businesses from around our local region involved the Dollar Discovery Weekend allows residents and visitors to enjoy local produce, coffee, wine, golf, donuts, and much more – all from just $1.
Moira Shire Council’s Administrator Suzanna Sheed AM commended the local businesses participating in Dollar Discovery Weekend.
“Local businesses are essential to the wellbeing and growth of our communities,” Administrator Sheed said.
“We are committed to helping our communities thrive, both economically and socially, and the Dollar Discovery campaign is a fantastic opportunity to explore our own backyard while supporting local businesses in the off-peak season.
“Every business participating in the Dollar Discovery Weekend campaign make significant contributions to the local economy, create jobs, and foster a strong sense of community pride.”
In Yarrawonga Mulwala, you can find some fantastic offers, such as receiving a masterclass for just $10 when you spend $60 at Rich Glen Olive Estate. Take advantage of a $1 virtual experience and a gift pack at Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourist Visitor Centre.
Yarrawonga Bakery is offering $1 cinnamon donuts, or a small coffee with one cinnamon donut for just $5 or a $10 plain pie and a can of coke deal.
The Sebel Yarrawonga is offering guests who stay Friday and Saturday night in August a glass of Legacy wine for just $1 and a $5 kid’s meal with any main meal purchased.
At Max’s on the Lake receive a $5 meal upgrade with any burger or classic toastie. Housemade Food and Coffee is offering $1 Anzac cookies with any coffee purchased, a $5 small cup of soup or a $10 ‘heat and eat’ risotto of the day.
Across the river, head to one of the clubs with ClubMulwala offering $1 winter-warming soup of the day, or grab a $1 Devonshire Delight or a $1 soft serve at the Mulwala Water Ski Club.
The Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort is offering an extra night stay when you book a two-night stay at the club’s accommodation for August.
