There are a few extra places available in the sessions for Prep Girls, Grade One Girls and Grade One Boys to join for a 6-week program, starting the first week back in term 2 on Tuesday 21 st April. The Grade Prep Boys session is unfortunately full.
Aussie Hoops is Basketball Australia’s national introductory program for children, designed to make learning basketball fun, safe, and inclusive.
Whether your child is bouncing a ball for the first time or already showing promise on the court, Aussie Hoops is the perfect starting point.
Delivered by YMBA's experienced coaches, the program focuses on building fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork, while also encouraging confidence, social development, and a love for the game.

Cost is $60 YMBA fee + Basketball Aus/Vic fees $9.50 + Compulsory Core Starter Pack for new participants $50 which includes Aussie Hoops singlet and ball.
Current NSW and Victorian Active Kids Vouchers can be used-applied at registration.
It is on a Tuesday night at the Sacred Heart Secondary College School stadium. Prep Girls 4pm-4.40pm. Grade One Girls 4.40pm-5.20pm. Grade One Boys 6pm-6.40pm.
