The result was not what the team was hoping for, but did not reflect the heart and determination shown from the first whistle.
The team continued to encourage one another throughout the game, maintained a positive attitude and worked hard every quarter.
Players backed each other up, communicated well and showed resilience, even when the game became challenging.
They can now enjoy a well-earned rest and look to come out firing after the bye.

Although the scoreboard did not fall Finley’s way in the end, there were again plenty of positives to take from the game.
The entire team showed great determination and never gave up, fighting right until the final whistle.

A slow start put the team on the back foot, and Echuca United took advantage. Missing a few players showed, but the girls never gave up.

It was a slow start, but the team got its game going and fought hard across all four quarters to secure a great win against strong opposition.

The girls went into the game with a positive attitude, but the opposition was slick and accurate in all positions. Finley gave their best effort right through to the final whistle.

Despite the Cat's hunger for the ball, Echuca United played a strong game and held the lead from the start.
A week off gives the team time to work on their skills before coming back strong against Congupna.

The team had a tough game against Echuca United. The girls held their heads high, and gave the game 100 per cent.
They all got behind one another and showed great sportsmanship throughout the game.

The youngsters came out strongly from the first centre pass, showing great teamwork, determination and effort.
The team was tested by a more physical and tough contest but responded well, stepping up to the challenge and continuing to work hard for each other throughout the game.
